February 3, 2021 – Los Angeles, CA – The United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) is pleased to announce Brevard Fire Soccer Club as its newest expansion club ahead of the Spring Season.

Based in Brevard County, FL, Brevard Fire SC will begin UPSL play in the Southeast Conference Florida Central Division. The club will host its UPSL home games at Max Roads Park (3410 Flanagan Ave., West Melbourne, FL 32904) and Palm Bay Regional Park (1951 Malabar Rd, Palm Bay, FL 32907).

Brevard Fire SC is owned by W&G Maintenance Corporation. Luke Defei is the Head Coach. Jiovani LaFont is the Trainer.

UPSL Vice President Christian Vallejos said, "We're excited to welcome Brevard Fire to the UPSL. This is a club with a strong mindset, strong leadership and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done. Brevard Fire will be a big addition to the Florida Central Division. We wish Head Coach Luke Defei and the club success as they prepare for the upcoming Spring Season."

Brevard Fire SC has experience in local amatuer leagues and in regional tournaments but now will compete exclusively in the UPSL.

"Brevard Fire Soccer Club has aspirations of competing and developing players in a professional environment," Defei said. "The UPSL provides the perfect opportunity to give our program and players the right exposure."

The club will announce its upcoming game schedule.

Brevard Fire SC can participate in the qualifying rounds for the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup through their affiliation and membership with the UPSL, the U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) and the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA).
